GHRH analog

A synthetic peptide structurally similar to growth-hormone-releasing hormone, used to stimulate endogenous growth-hormone secretion.

Tesamorelin is the only EMA/FDA-authorised GHRH analog, indicated for HIV-associated lipodystrophy. CJC-1295 is a long-acting research-only GHRH analog popular in grey-market peptide protocols.
