The brand docket catalogues the companies, telehealth clinics, compounding pharmacies and direct-to-consumer brands that sell peptides into the European market — what they sell, where they ship, what their regulatory exposure looks like, and what claims their marketing makes.
What we are building:
- Per-brand profiles: corporate registration, product catalogue, shipping jurisdictions, marketing claims vs. evidence base.
- Claim-vs-evidence comparison: for each brand, every therapeutic claim mapped to the underlying study (or absence of one).
- Enforcement history: regulatory letters, warning notices, and consumer-protection actions.
Why this matters
European peptide retail is fragmented, opaque, and largely unregulated at the marketing layer. A neutral, citation-anchored brand registry helps consumers, journalists and regulators see what is actually being sold versus what is plausibly defensible under EU advertising law.
Timeline
The first cohort of brand profiles ships once the encyclopedia hits 100 compounds — currently 59 and growing. We do not accept any payment from a listed brand. We do not publish kickback-driven "best of" rankings.
