Setmelanotide (Imcivree) is an MC4R-selective agonist authorised for rare monogenic obesity. Bremelanotide (Vyleesi) is a non-selective MC3/MC4R agonist authorised for hypoactive sexual desire disorder. Afamelanotide (Scenesse) is an MC1R agonist for erythropoietic protoporphyria.
